FAQ Video Solutions offers video packages ranging from 25-100 videos. We recommend staying within this range for SEO purposes. With each video serving as a new page of content to place on your website, it will potentially lead to a higher search engine ranking and draw more organic and direct traffic to your website.

Not including the set up time for our production team and breaks, on average we shoot approximately 20-25 videos an hour. Most shoots are done in 1-2 days, depending on the number of videos being shot.

Our featured video packages include the option to shoot at your office or at our Austin, Texas location.

We do recommend makeup for the shoots. However, it is optional. FAQ Video Solutions will provide our suggestions for makeup.

Our featured video packages do include our travel to your office for the shoot in the continental U.S.. As long as we have a quiet shooting location with adequate space and lighting, we can shoot at your office. There is also the option to travel to the Austin, TX area to shoot your videos at our shooting location.

Yes. All video packages include the transcriptions. The transcript will help make the video more visible to search engines. It will contribute to your keyword strategy by naturally incorporating target words or phrases into a landing page, helping benefit your SEO.

We use a variety of tools, including Semrush, to research the most searched keywords in each practice area. Those keywords are researched using locations and timeframe of user searches. Then the keywords are constructed into questions that you answer in the videos.

Absolutely. We recommend your business partners and colleagues participating in the shoot. It is a great opportunity for all of your partners to showcase their expertise.

Yes. Up to 5 of your FAQ videos in your video package can be substituted for client testimonials. Testimonials provide great credibility to your firm allowing them to give testimony of their experience with you.

We are located in the north Austin, Texas area. We welcome shoots at our Austin, Texas area location.

We offer to work with your web developer to provide them access to embed the videos to your website. If we add your videos to Vimeo, we then create a list of embed codes to provide to your web developer to add to your website.

Our standard turnaround time on our 25-100 video packages is 12-14 days from the time all video elements (graphics, backgrounds, etc.) are approved by our clients.

Yes. Included in all of our video packages is full ownership of the videos.

Yes. If shooting in front of a green screen, each of our video packages includes a set number of backgrounds that get used for the videos. We provide a library of backgrounds to choose from, and also offer the option to add your firm logo on screen. We also have additional colored backdrops to choose from for your shoot.

When the videos are embedded to your website, posted on social media, or placed on any other public platforms, the videos are indexed by Google and can be found within user searches.

Yes. Each of our video packages includes a opening and closing slate/graphic. The opening graphic will feature the question title on screen before it transitions to you answering the question. At the conclusion of the answer, a second graphic will appear displaying your firm’s detailed contact information. The graphics are both branded to the look of your website and firm’s branding.
