About Us

Meet Our Founder

Ryan Kurlander founded FAQ Video Solutions in 2023 in Austin, TX, with the goal of being a nation-wide leader in law firm FAQ videos. He has over 10 years of experience in video production and marketing, spending the bulk of his career producing marketing videos for law firms.

Ryan’s passion for producing videos came at an early age watching his father run his video production company.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Journalism and Production from the University of North Florida in 2013.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, and his 3 dogs and cat. Ryan is an avid sports fan and enjoys rooting for his favorite South Florida sports teams.

Our Process

1. Choose your Video Package

Choose the number of videos you would like to shoot. We offer videos packages of 25, 50, 75 and 100 videos.

2. We Provide the Questions For You to Select

You will be provided a list of FAQ’s based on your firm’s practice areas. We use a variety of tools, including the Semrush, to research the most searched keywords in each of your practice areas. Those keywords are researched using locations and timeframe of user searches. Then the keywords are constructed into questions that you answer in the videos.

3. We Travel to Your Office

Included in our featured video packages is the option to shoot at your office. We bring our studio to you.

4. Shoot Your Videos

Our video shoots are quick and painless. On average, our clients shoot approximately 20-25 videos an hour. Our trained media experts are there to provide coaching and make the shoot a smooth process.

5. 2-Week Turnaround Time

After all videos are shot, we design graphics and other post-production elements for the videos. Once all graphics and elements are approved, it is a 2-week turnaround time to edit and deliver your videos.

6. Vimeo Upload

Included in our featured video packages is the option to upload your videos to Vimeo to host your videos.

7. Video Strategy Session

Our team of experts will set up a video strategy session after the videos are produced to walk you through all of the benefits of using your FAQ videos. We will ask that you put us in touch with your web developer so we can provide the videos to them to add to your website. We will provide all of our suggestions for using your videos on your website, social media, email campaigns and blog posts.
